I'm trying to get back into a routine of blogging, so here it goes, what interests me at the moment? Beeswax, lots and lots of beeswax, collage and painting, it's such a beautiful medium and smells absolutely divine!!!! I've been collaging my little heart out, and when I get my camera back (I left it at home this morning) I'll post some photos.
Mixed media is pulling at my heartstrings big time!! Everything is turning into a piece of art, yesterday I made a denim, silver and copper cuff/bracelet, and the hammering and weaving was very good for my soul!!
I'm going to change the structure of The Crafters Nest. There will be a list of classes available, and you'll be able to book in to do these classes whenever suits you (subject to availability). There will be things like the ever-popular organza flowers, beeswax collage (of course!!), mixed media canvas, resin jewellery, printmaking techniques, weaving....and on it goes!! If you're interested in any of these classes, please email me to let me know and we can get going!!
